A blessed and reflective reading to all :)
1 Corinthians 8 (excerpts)
...knowledge puffs up while love builds up.
2Those who think they know something do not yet know as they ought to know. 3 But whoever loves God is known by God.
...“There is no God but one.”
...“There is no God but one.”
5 For even if there are so-called gods, whether in heaven or on earth (as indeed there are many “gods” and many “lords”), 6 yet for us there is but one God, the Father, from whom all things came and for whom we live; and
there is but one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom all things came and through whom we live.
...Be careful that the exercise of your rights does not become a stumbling block to the weak.
...Be careful that the exercise of your rights does not become a stumbling block to the weak.
Praise God!
Day to day living in God's leading is surely the way to live life. He is the only one who can guide us to the right path of righteousness, not our being self-righteous but His righteousness.
Sometimes, if we tend to forget, we become "all-knowing" which may cause harm rather than good to others, but then again, if we are truly being led by Him, humility is present rather than pride, and the knowledge He gives us helps us to build others because of love, with that, we become a helpful guide and not a stumbling block to others :)
Isn't it wonderful to to be led by God everyday?
Have a great day in the Lord!

May Jesus' love abounds in us all everyday (".)

January 9, 2012- 1 Samuel 13-14
Today is the day :)
If you have not received Jesus Christ yet in your heart, today is the day. May you embrace His love and His gift :)
"Lord Jesus, I believe You are truly the Son of God. I confess that I have sinned against You in thought, word, and deed. Please forgive all my wrongdoing, and let me live in relationship with You from now on. I receive You as my personal Savior, accepting the work You accomplished once and for all on the cross. Thank You for saving me. Help me to live a life that is pleasing to You. Amen." (ref prayer by: Dr. Charles Stanley, InTouch Ministry)
