36 While they were still talking about this, Jesus himself stood among them and said to them, “Peace be with you.”
37 They were startled and frightened, thinking they saw a ghost. 38 He said to them, “Why are you troubled, and why do doubts rise in your minds? 39 Look at my hands and my feet. It is I myself! Touch me and see; a ghost does not have flesh and bones, as you see I have.”
40 When he had said this, he showed them his hands and feet.41 And while they still did not believe it because of joy and amazement, he asked them, “Do you have anything here to eat?” 42 They gave him a piece of broiled fish, 43 and he took it and ate it in their presence.
44 He said to them, “This is what I told you while I was still with you: Everything must be fulfilled that is written about me in the Law of Moses, the Prophets and the Psalms.”
45 Then he opened their minds so they could understand the Scriptures. 46 He told them, “This is what is written: The Messiah will suffer and rise from the dead on the third day, 47and repentance for the forgiveness of sins will be preached in his name to all nations, beginning at Jerusalem. 48 You are witnesses of these things. 49 I am going to send you what my Father has promised; but stay in the city until you have been clothed with power from on high.”

The Ascension of Jesus
50 When he had led them out to the vicinity of Bethany, he lifted up his hands and blessed them. 51 While he was blessing them, he left them and was taken up into heaven. 52 Then they worshiped him and returned to Jerusalem with great joy. 53 And they stayed continually at the temple, praising God.

Praise God!
It is my intention that as I share God and His messages everyday, it will uplift others as He lifts me. His words are our comfort, and though there are times we are down, He always hold our hands to lift us up :)

Walk the talk and be at peace!
Everyday is a day to praise God and thank Him for all his unending graces. This morning, I shared in my facebook post that,
"To cling unto our Loving Lord is to make Him the air that we breathe, the water that we drink and the food that sustains our life. Without Him, life would not continue;"
Yes, truly, He is the only one who can sustain us wholly. My life is just the same with you all; as we face life everyday, it is full of challenges.
My family and I are in "suspended animation" since June 2011. Until now, we are still waiting for our final verdict whether we will still continue to live here in the States or we will go back home. It is a test of patience for us; almost (3) years we are here, we have uprooted ourselves in our native land and now we are again in a crossroad whether we will stay or not. We don't know yet how we will start life again if we go back home because we don't have plans yet, but one thing is for sure- we are clinging hard to our Loving Lord for His will on our lives- my family and I. It is easy to share and say it but it is hard to be in "waiting." I am just truly grateful, we have our Loving Lord to lift us through all of these. We are at peace; we don't know what is His next plan for us but we are holding on to Him because we now know that as long as we have Him in our lives, we will be alright.
...one thing is for sure-
"our God is with us wherever we go."
Joshua 1:9
Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go.”
Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go.”
To be at peace with God is one of the greatest gifts one can have; I am sharing this because I know, all of us have challenges, though it differs from one another, surely, all these are given to make as stronger in Him :)
May this inspirational song be an upliftment to all :)
Glory to GOD!

Today is the day :)
If you have not received Jesus Christ yet in your heart, today is the day. May you embrace His love and His gift :)
"Lord Jesus, I believe You are truly the Son of God. I confess that I have sinned against You in thought, word, and deed. Please forgive all my wrongdoing, and let me live in relationship with You from now on. I receive You as my personal Savior, accepting the work You accomplished once and for all on the cross. Thank You for saving me. Help me to live a life that is pleasing to You. Amen." (ref prayer by: Mr. Charles Stanley)
