#161 In HIM is always a YES

A blessed and reflective reading to all :)

2 Corinthians 1 (excerpts)
...3 Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, 4 who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God.

...19 For the Son of God, Jesus Christ, who was preached among you by us...was not “Yes” and “No,”
but in Him it has always been “Yes.”

20 For no matter how many promises God has made, they are “Yes” in Christ

And so through him the “Amen” is spoken by us to the glory of God.

21 Now it is God who makes both us and you stand firm in Christ. He anointed us, 22 set his seal of ownership on us, and put his Spirit in our hearts as a deposit, guaranteeing what is to come.

Praise and thank God!
It is truly praiseworthy to God, the Almighty, our Loving Savior. How can we not give Him all honor and praises and glory; everyday He comforts and uplifts us with His words; He always reassures us that everything is a yes to Him; we have been chosen; He made us His children; He anointed us and His seal (the Holy Spirit) is in us;

.....how can we not hold on to His promises and stand firm for Him :)

God bless everyone :)

Glory to GOD!
May Jesus' love abounds in us all everyday (".)

January 18, 2012- Psalm 121, 123-125, 128-130

The LORD will keep you from all harm—
he will watch over your life;
the LORD will watch over your coming and going
both now and forevermore. (Ps 121:7-8)

Blessed are all who fear the LORD,
who walk in obedience to him.
You will eat the fruit of your labor;
blessings and prosperity will be yours.
Your wife will be like a fruitful vine
within your house;
your children will be like olive shoots
around your table.
Yes, this will be the blessing
for the man who fears the LORD. (Ps 128:1-4)

I wait for the LORD, my whole being waits,
and in his word I put my hope. (Ps 130:5)

Today is the day :)
If you have not received Jesus Christ yet in your heart, today is the day. May you embrace His love and His gift :)

"Lord Jesus, I believe You are truly the Son of God. I confess that I have sinned against You in thought, word, and deed. Please forgive all my wrongdoing, and let me live in relationship with You from now on. I receive You as my personal Savior, accepting the work You accomplished once and for all on the cross. Thank You for saving me. Help me to live a life that is pleasing to You. Amen." (ref prayer by: Dr. Charles Stanley, InTouch Ministry)

Why am I doing this? Simple...."I am driven by the eternal destiny of others."
