#163 The Glory of God

A blessed and reflective reading to all :)

2 Corinthians 3 (excerpts)
...You yourselves are our letter, written on our hearts, known and read by everyone.

...you are a letter from Christ, ...written not with ink but with the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of human hearts.

...our competence comes from God.

...for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.

...if the ministry that brought death, which was engraved in letters on stone, came with glory, so that the Israelites could not look steadily at the face of Moses because of its glory, transitory though it was, will not the ministry of the Spirit be even more glorious?

...the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. 18 And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.

Praise and thank God!
The unsurpassing, ever-increasing, greatest and lasting glory is ultimately for God and from God, and that was made known to all of us through Jesus Christ :)

May we all look forward in being transformed into His image because what I know, what I claim, what I believe is that-- if we will let Christ be the center and focus of our lives, such glory will be visible in us, and that is the very best way to glorify God-- for us to be His living glory! Amen!

God bless everyone :)

Glory to GOD!
May Jesus' love abounds in us all everyday (".)

Today is the day :)
If you have not received Jesus Christ yet in your heart, today is the day. May you embrace His love and His gift :)

"Lord Jesus, I believe You are truly the Son of God. I confess that I have sinned against You in thought, word, and deed. Please forgive all my wrongdoing, and let me live in relationship with You from now on. I receive You as my personal Savior, accepting the work You accomplished once and for all on the cross. Thank You for saving me. Help me to live a life that is pleasing to You. Amen." (ref prayer by: Dr. Charles Stanley, InTouch Ministry)

Why am I doing this? Simple...."I am driven by the eternal destiny of others."
